Services

In the past 38 years, the San Diego Chinese Center strives meet the needs of the Chinese community within San Diego and serve as a cultural bridge between the Chinese and non-Chinese communities. We continue to provide social services  to the Chinese community. Almost all of our social service clients are seniors, children and families that are ethnic Chinese and number in the thousands over the years. Most of them are first generation immigrants from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and mainland China. The objective of the center, as stipulated in its bylaws, is to provide services to meet the needs of the Chinese community. SDCC also produces cultural and educational programs for the promotion of Chinese culture and for the enrichment and diversity of the greater San Diego community. The following are just a few of the many programs and activities available at SDCC:

- Healthy Families/Medi-Cal Program/CMS

- In-home supporting services
- Healthcare Resources

- Forms assistance and much more

The Center seeks to collaborate with other organizations to maximize the results of our programs. The Center, its dedicated directors and its volunteers strive to deliver the most cost-effective and efficient social services, cultural and educational programs.
